The Chairperson of the Higher Education Commission Fiji (HECF), Mr. Steve Chand, met today with the newly appointed Indian High Commissioner to Fiji, His Excellency Mr. Suneet Mehta, in a significant meeting aimed at strengthening ties in the field of higher education.
