The Fiji Higher Education Commission congratulates the 404 graduates of The University of Fiji

Sereseini Seitata from Naisaumau, Tailevu has set a record for her family to be the first to graduate with a higher education academic qualification. With a humble beginning, Sereseini defied all odds to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Fiji last week. The achievement was celebrated by her family in the village. It was an emotional moment noting that they can achieve what other families have been achieving. Sereseini left a challenge to the young people in her family saying, ” I have started it, you have to follow suit and nothing is impossible with determination and hard work.”
